German / European Patent Attorney (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

2SPL is a modern patent law firm with an international team of 30 highly motivated employees based in Munich. We are experts for patents in Germany, Europe and the USA. Our technical focus lies in the fields of electrical engineering and electronics, software, IT & computer technology, physics, and automotive.

We are seeking for a full-time or part-time German / European Patent Attorney (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

• Drafting of patent applications in one or more of the following areas: Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, Automotive
• Answering office actions of the EPO and DPMA
• Client counseling

• You have successfully completed a university degree in a technical or scientific field (physics, electrical engineering, computer science or related)
• You are a patent attorney and/or European Patent Attorney or a patent attorney trainee in the “Amtsjahr”
• You can present complex technical issues in a concise and understandable way, in German and English
• You are characterized by a systematic way of working, analytical thinking and a service-oriented manner
